Frederic Chopin

Hello everybody!!

For my first article on the blog, I want to talk about Frederic Chopin, one of the best pianist and composer of all times for two reasons : Chopin's father was born in Lorraine and I love his romantic music.

Chopin was Polish by his mother, he was born in 1810 in Poland.

He began to learn the piano when he was 6 and he composed his first work when he was 7.

When he was 10, he played hours and hours for the brother of the Tsar Nicolas 1st which shows that he was a great pianist for his age, like Mozart was.

He went in France in 1830, where he has a love story with Aurore Dupin (who was known under the pseudonym of Georges Sand), who was a famous French novelist.

Chopin is the composer of a lot of masterpieces like Funebral March, Nocturnal-Impromptu, a lot of Walts...

Frederic Chopin died in 1849 in Paris after a life of masterpieces.

That's how a genious of the music left our world.
